We’re excited to officially launch our Gran Fondo Alberto Contador 2026 Cycling Holiday Packages (book here https://blancabikes.com/costa-blanca-cycling-sportive/ ), giving riders the chance to experience one of Spain’s most iconic cycling sportives with full support from the Blanca Bikes team.
Taking place on 19th September 2026 in Oliva Nova, Valencia, the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador has become one of the standout events on the Spanish cycling calendar. Every year, riders from across Europe head to the Costa Blanca to take on the challenging route, enjoy the atmosphere, and ride some of the best roads in Spain.
At Blanca Bikes, we wanted to create a package that removes the stress and allows riders to focus purely on enjoying the experience. That’s why we’ve put together complete cycling holiday packages including accommodation, airport transfers, event entry, Cervélo bike hire, and transport to and from the event itself.
We’re offering 3-night, 5-night, and 7-night packages, with accommodation available in Calpe, Denia, or Javea. Whether you’re planning a quick cycling break or a full week riding the Costa Blanca, we’ve got an option to suit you.
Our packages start from just €749 per person, based on two people sharing a twin room, and include everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. Riders will also have access to our premium fleet of Cervélo road bikes throughout their stay, professionally prepared and ready to ride from day one.
As part of the holiday, guests will also be able to join our Calpe Cycling Club ride on Sunday 20th September, followed by a guided ride on Monday 21st September. These rides are a fantastic opportunity to explore more of the region, meet fellow cyclists, and enjoy the incredible roads the Costa Blanca is famous for.
The Gran Fondo Alberto Contador itself offers a fully supported event experience, with closed roads, mechanical assistance, feed stations, timing services, and the official event jersey included as part of registration. Combined with the scenery and atmosphere of the Costa Blanca, it’s easy to see why the event continues to grow year after year.
